New art by David Zvanut is now in the Art Gallery. Zvanut music notations and chili peppers originally appeared in the 5.3 (Spring 2001) and the 6.1 (Fall 2001) issues of The 2River View.

The submission deadline for the 6.2 (Winter 2002) issue of The 2River View is November 18, 2001. Submissions received after that date will be held for the Spring 2002 issue of 2RV.

On November 1, 2001, 2River will release its 11th entry in the 2River Chapbook Series, the Gospel according to Thomas, a cycle of poems by kris kahn, in which he explores the paradoxical intimacy that comes with loss.
