Great writers. "Not fit for sleep" by Ava Cipri brings me back to being a child, the wonder held, and the creatures of our youth. "Flashback", is what its title states. Breakfasts and our images of what it is truly like to wake and face the day. Her work is her own. Defined, articulate and felt in/to the soul. S.Thomas's work brings feelings of Bukowski to mind. Raw and and gritty. Well done. I truly enjoy the magazine.

Enjoyed perusing the site and reading the poems, Richard. I think my fav was Mark C.'s work. Was his a little quirky? I cannot get beyond some of them, I'm afraid, or up to I should say. See you next week! Pig today with Steve! Brunch with EB!

Nice variety of materials on this site, with easy navigation. I appreciate the chapbooks online - and the Favorite Poem Project is one I hope grows. A great site for teachers to use with students in the classroom. Keep it flowin' 2nd River!

This is a great source for poetry. The poems in the Spring issue are extraordinary, and the audio is a find touch.
