Big Bridge, one of the oldest and most respected literary sites on the internet, has gone black for the next month "to protest all wars and to demonstrate [its] sadness and horror at the tragic loss of human life."

Female Comic Book Superheroes

Jennifer Hall Gailey, who now appears in the 10.4 (Summer 2006) issue of 2RV, is becoming a regular at Garrison Kellor's Writer's Almanac. Her latest appearance is today, Friday, July, 6, with Kellor reading "Female Comic Book Superheroes".
